What's a Personal Training Session Like?
Our personal training sessions start with a brief warm-up. Following this is a highly effective Weight Training Circuit and/or High Intensity Interval Training block with intermitted rest periods. These are optimised to help you lose weight and get fit! Finally we finish things of with a cool-down and a good stretch!
