Get Yourself Fit!  -  One on One Personal Training

Personal Training sessions start with a brief warm-up. Following this is a highly effective Weight Training Circuit and/or High Intensity Interval Training block with intermitted rest periods. These are optimised to help you lose weight and get fit! Occasionally we spend part of a session discussing nutrition so you can maximise your success at home. Finally we finish things of with a cool-down and a good stretch! Each training session is 40 minutes in duration and short enough to fit into any women's busy schedule!

Two Friends TrainingGet the body you want together with a friend or partner. Training together adds extra meaning and accountability to your workouts. Keep each other honest and on track to your respective health and fitness goals both during your workouts and in your personal lives.
